The Management of Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara wishes to notify the underlisted students who took part in the HND Aptitude Test that they are hereby invited for
Certificate/Notification of result screening/verification as scheduled below:

Computer Science Large Hall, School of Applied Science and Technology, Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara

Time:
9. 00am daily

The students are required to come with the following items:

1. O’level result certificate and photocopy
2. National Diploma (ND) Notification of result and photocopy
3. Evidence of Jamb Result or Jamb Regularization
4. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
5. Local Government of Origin
6. Evidence of Change of name (if any)
7. Evidence of Industrial Training
8. Any other relevant document
