This is to inform the general public that Federal Polytecnic Oko 2017/18 Post utme form is now on sale.
Form can be purchase via the designated banks within Anambra metropolis or through the use of Remitta Online -Secure Payment.

Price For The Form is #2000.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCESSING AND ONLINE SUBMISSION OF FEDPOLYOKO POST UTME FORM:

STEP ONE.
Firstly, you are required to generate an invoice from any Cyber cafe using this link: portal.federalpolyoko.edu.ng/
screeningapplication.aspx .

STEP TWO.
With the generated invoice you are required to purchase the form at the designated banks viz: Microfinance, FCMB or any other banks that partner with fedpolyoko school or through the use of remitta, and make a payment of #2000. A Payment receipt will be issued to you.

STEP THREE.
Revisit any cyber cafe to complete your online registration with the following credentials:

1. Jamb Result
2. O'Level Result
3. Passport Photograph
4. Local Government Identification Letter
5. First School Leaving Certificate
6. Birth Certificate
7. Testimonial ( Primary Or Secondary)

After Completing The Step Three, Carefully Re-Check Your Informations Before Clicking "Submit" After That Print Out Your Acknowledgement Slip.

N.B: The General Jamb Cut-off Point For FedPolyoko Candidate/Aspirant Is 160 (%).

All the students of the Federal University Of Technology (FUTO), Owerri, that would want to live in the school hostel for 2017/2018 academic session should carefully follow the below steps. Step I: Visit the University website “ www.futo.edu.ng ” Step II: Click on the link “ Portal” Step III: Enter your username and password and click on the Login button. Step IV : Click the hostel allocation menu Step V : Click on ‘ Get Hostel’ Step VI : Generate Hostel Allocation payment invoice. Step VII : Select Hostel type (NDDC or Other Hostels) Step VIII : Print your payment invoice Step IX : Proceed to FUTO Microfinance bank for payment with the generated payment invoice Step X : After successful payment in bank, return to the portal www.portal.futo.edu.ng and login with your account details to print allocated Hostel fees e-receipt. Step XI : Print the allocated room on the receipt and proceed to Student Affairs unit for further clearance.
